This well armed lady pulled the trigger nine times INSIDE HER HOUSE and got one peripheral hit, putting everyone else in the neighborhood, if not her furniture, at risk the other 8 times.

If you intend to defend yourself with a firearm, seek competent instruction and spend time periodically at the range.

A 53-year-old woman who fired nine shots with two handguns .... William Kriske, a 47-year-old parolee, was treated for a gunshot wound to the arm, then jailed on suspicion of burglary...

She fired NINE times and all she accomplished was one wound to the arm?! She really needs to go back to the firing range for some practice. She's lucky that the didn't hit any of her guests, forget about the furniture.

Well, this seems reasonable because a person usually doesn't get charged with committing a crime unless they've actually committed a crime.
