That's not what I mean.

What I mean is that the way these words are being used by certain folks are being used as tools to cast aspersions on all conservatives.

It's really not that subtle.

They should at the very least be met with scorn from those who believe in honest debate.

You're still asking for a speech code. The problem is the attitude behind the words. Bullying and browbeating occurs on all sides of the 'what is a conservative today' arguments. There's not much one can do about that except try to not be a bully or a browbeater and stand up to those who are.
