Speaking of 20%.... It was Rove that alluded to some 4 million of the Religious Right that didn't show in 2000. That's 4 million out of some 19 million he expected to vote... 4/19=21%.

The 20% or so on FR aren't all conservatives by any stretch and wouldn't vote for President Bush regardless. The same was showing in 2000 when Keyes, Buchanan, etc would win many polls of FR participants but didn't get a good sniff on election day... If I remember correctly according to exit polling President Bush only got some 81% of conservatives with most of the remainder voting for Gore...

Fine. Go right on slamming conservatives, if you somehow think that is going to help the man you profess undying loyalty to.

But forgive me if I consider that crazy.
