Not much more than rudimentary level.

Its foolish to assume that what works for honors level students will work just as well for kids w/ sever learning disabilities.

I saw in a later post that you mentioned algebra. I do agree with you on that.

The Texas Education Agency and the State Board did that in Texas - under Ma Richards and the dims - over 10 years ago. But I believe the special needs are excluded. The problem is that many students are now being diagnosed special needs so that they are not required to take the state test.
