i havent heard ignorance at at that level since 1983. Since the AIDS virus wasnt detectable until 1985 and people had been dying since at least 1976 in Africa in large numbers and since those who spread AIDS are mostly HIV positive not sufferers with full blown AIDS and since the virus takes years to incubate, quarantines would ahve been absolutely useless.

I cant believe we are even having this duscussion. Feels like 1983. I have to go listen to 99 Luft Balloons now.

Nothing you said refuted my statement, what's up with that? Quaranting incurable, contagious diseases is very practical. And it works.
