Ma I remembered the product I buy!!! Memorizing anything is an endangered commodity in my brain! Here tis , what my shiatsu doc used to draw out toxins. You apply it liberally to hair rubbing into scalp. Put on a shower cap.
Sit for 20-40 minutes until your head feels either really warm or smells really toxic -g-. If you do not have an aerating hose, when rinsing out do it in a circular motion.
