It depends on where they are reading and/ or hearing it. And it could be a part of AQ's PsyOps agenda, although I think if that's the case they would have been better served by just staying quiet and not posting anything. (out of site, out of mind) Think about this, what percentage of the population do you think is even aware of the propaganda we are seeing and talking about? Very, very small I would think. I also think that's why the government has been somewhat softpeddaling information, downplaying alerts and emphasizing "not terror related" to events that have been happening. So that "we" (population in general) don't tune "them" out when and if the time comes.

OPINION: I believe (from years of almost daily cyber-surfing sites of interest) that it is a combination of jihadi chicken manure, an organized PsyOps, and down and dirty AQ/Taliban/Islamist Extremists- varied/On Focus Jihad Info that is available on the internet.

THE MOST IMPORTANT DETERMINING FACTOR as to what you are looking at on the internet (chicken manure, organized PsyOps, jihad et al) is what internet site you are on. Take a good look at the site's index, FAQ, about us, contact info, links, graphics/photos, articles, and online store -- usually a book/video store. It really is (80% of the time) that simple.

It's the other 20% that seems to be a bit confusing. Time always tells (100%) which way the sites in the 20% group are going. It never fails. It just depends how much time one has to cybersurf the 20%ers on a regular basis.
