If their was any real threats they would go to a channel not accesible by the public. Think about it, if you can access their info and be prepared so can criminals. I've listened to hazmat calls and that is what they do. So that you are hearing the scanner should make you feel better -g-

It did make me feel better. Yes, I heard several 'call me on my cell phone' statements last night. :) I thought it was interesting becuase it really ticked those cops off. :)
