Can you put in a wood stove or pellet stove? How about propane?

I am concerned about having a safe inside heat source, our windchill here brrrrr JP..check out nitro-pak.com..they have a heat "can" that burns for a small amount of time (6 hrs?) and puts out lots of BTUs. It's about $5 ea. I think it's called Alco-Lite or something like that - and the neat thing is - unlike other heat sources, you can BURN IT INDOORS! I bought a few of these, plus the "stove" to cook on.
