Has anyone noticed the Emergency Broadcast Test (TV'S) going on this afternoon?

I haven't noticed any today. I'm near DC, in Arlington, in a high rise (17th floor). All quite here. I really believe (and pray) it will stay that way.
IF anything happens I will also report as I am able.
Stay safe everyone. Even it nothing happens, this war is a long way from over.
