Sounds like you need to run a scan
The other night I got some odd results on Post Preview - but the posted comment came out fine

I ran two big scans earlier and I went to Yahoo FreeRepublic site often to see if others had posted. Only one person finally did the last I saw it.

I even rebooted my computer after the scans. Taking 15 seconds for each page to change for me and I'm on cable!
