Obviously whatever the punishment was that he got for his last "infraction" didn't stick.

So if Jeb Bush's daughter has a relapse of with prescription medications again, it was the lack of punishment? What about the Bush twins run ins for underage drinking. Obviously they didn't get taken behind the woodshed enough?

Sadly, offspring of both conservatives and liberals get involved in things they shouldn't. I can't explain why that happens.

I've seen children from the same family behave so totally differently. I've seen good families beset by bad kids. I've seen the most disgusting family circumstances produce good kids. Who knows? Yes, the environment they go up in can have an impact. Yet sometimes, for some reason, it doesn't.

I don't recall her being arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of those drugs. Furthermore when Gore's son was just 17 and still a minor for which Al Gore was still responsible, his son was arrested for going 97 miles per hour through a small town. It doesn't look like Al Gore III has learned his lesson. I doubt he would learn it even if he got in an accident and killed someone.
