Saddam being captured alive is yielding the same benefits as NOT convicting the IMPEACHED ex-42.

Neither of they can enjoy martyr status.

We will inform all the experts, and particularly those who yielded to Saddam and agreed to falsify his genealogical tree. But the real trusted experts are very few in number and all refused.

If they weren't very few in number before, they certainly were afterwards.

Saddam is a spiritual descendent of mad Mo' the pedophile prophet. Saddam simply emulated Muhammad's life as an Islamic thug and murderer.

Let's see, Mohammed lived about 1400 years ago. At 25 years per generation, that's 56 generations. Unless those descendants were VERY careful to just about only marry other descendants, then pretty much several hundred million people have to be descended from him...and I'm not including births arising from rape (you know, of "rape and pillage" fame). Plus, how many of his descendants have had multiple wives and concubines? Add in marriages to Europeans, as Montfort mentioned, and you really have a very large family tree - I'd be very, very surprised if Hussein WASN'T descended from Mohammed, though proving it would be difficult. Just like proving that I'm descended from King David - I'm sure that I am, and just as sure that I'll never be able to prove it.

You are sure? I mean the Mohammed fellow was just as much a mass-murderer as Sad-am

What's a half-English/half-French/half Irish fella to do?

I'm not sure, but fightin' and drinkin' comes to mind.

There can only be two halves, so the fighting half and the drinking half chased away the cheese-eating surrendering half.

I can't imagine why he would not be a descendant of Mohammed when just about everyone else is. I think I am, as are most other folks who trace back to certain European monarchs, which is just about everyone in the US with European ancestry.

Spit, spit! I come off the illegitimate line of Charlemagne and Mr. M from the legit and haven't found any Mohammeds anywhere around there. Supposedly, we go back to the Vikings c. 500 AD so here's hoping there's not a drop of shared ancestral blood with that scum. Or perhaps that's what's wrong with our scum bag cousins and Chirac.

Re: The name of Saddam Hussein has been removed from the list of descendants of Islam's Prophet Mohammed, the head of the union of Ashrafs, who guard the genealogical tree

I hope that was the one I wee-weed on...

For real, on one of the cable news reports when they were naming off stuff that they found in the kitchen area where Saddam was found in the hole, they found cans of SPAM.

Hmmm, so what happened to all the French cheese, German sausages, Russian caviar, and Belgian chocolates? When the chips fall, you go for good old American food!

I surprised that a country such as Iraq would even allow pork products cross its borders. Are they like the USA in prohibition times, when some on would go over to the county line for some bacon?

Heck, check out all the high end liquor they found in his palaces! They aren't supposed to drink, either. Bloody hypocrites...

"Saddam had forced the origin experts to falsify his genealogical tree so that it went back to the Prophet," he said.

And forced 35 years of Iraqi born people to believe that he actually was a descendant. Boy, imagine believing it yourself for 35 years---I can't imagine (really don't care) what that statement will do to his psyche before he assumes room temperature, much less knowing that the entire (Arab/Muslim) world knows it too. LOLOLOL

The name of Saddam Hussein has been removed from the list of descendants of Islam's Prophet Mohammed.

Plan B: Contact the Strom Thurmond family.

Al-Sherif Najeh Mohammed Hassan al-Faham al-Aaraji admitted that the ousted dictator had been able to cheat despite the great value and honour attached to the line which is guarded in Baghdad.

"Saddam had forced the origin experts to falsify his genealogical tree so that it went back to the Prophet," he said.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This must be Mohammed's living family tree.
