I wouldn't cite that case (Arnold vs. McClintock) as Arnold is looking more and more treacherous. He has said he will back licenses for illegal aliens...and he just negotiated his $15 billion bond issue without Republicans in the room. He got plenty of Dem support BUT ONLY TWO GOP state senators backed him. It is considered an act of perfidy by some.

But He cant be worse than Davis or Bustamonte would have been imo. If I had a vote in CA, and Mclintock was polling high enough to win near the election, he would have got my vote. Ultimately though, I vote anti Dem. Whatever it takes to keep them out is how i think my vote is best spent. They are against just about everything i am for, and for everything i am against. They are the enemy within and will recieve no quarter from me, even indirectly.
