It's definitely a mans face. I'm inclined to think it's part of the steganographic message the image contains. I have no idea who it is a picture of, but it is fairly obvious to me the face is an "infidel" of the West. Perhaps it is GWB. I believe the WH is an obvious target in whatever is coming.
It's not just their resources. And they have a lot. Osama recently almost all of his AQ fighters out of Afghanistan, and $1.5 million of the allotment to the Taliban's war effort and sent the whole package to Iraq. It is also the assets of Iraqi and Iranian intelligence personnel and bankrolls imho.
I think he is going for broke. I think Ayman Zawahiri's dream of biologically and chemically hitting the US homeland has been and is now a major part of the plan. According to the singing-like-a-bird Khalid Sheikh Mohammed this is in fact the case.
Are you aware of the $100,000 dollar machine capable of producing weaponized anthrax and packaging it which was purchased by a Pakistani in early 1991. It disappeared immediately after delivery to a Ft. Lee, NJ address along with the man who purchased it.

Is it mere coincidence that Mohammed Atta returned to he US with a sample of anthrax in a vacuum-sealed flask following a meeting with al-Ani in Prague, Czech Republic at virtually the same time?
Six months later anthrax filled letters are emanating from Trenton NJ and a Manhattan post ofice.

No not aware, So I did what you said and found this article. I don't know much about him or the content publisher, so I'm not sure how much credibilty he has, even though he has some pretty frightening points. You think Anthrax will play a part in the next attack?
