Agreed. And I do not intend to rush out into the street and start grabbing people by the lapels, forcing them to listen to my all-knowing wisdom about what REALLY, REALLY happened. Also, I am not trying to sell any books (unlike at least several hundred professional conspiracy theorists- do these people have their own lodge, or something? Are they unionized?

I am just asserting my own personal right to question authority- even authories as respected as the NYT editorial board, Gerald Posner, and Tom Daschle.

According to Peter Knight (from above clip), conspiracy theory is a malady of the masses useful for a short period but harmful over the long course to the ordering elements in society, i.e. the arbiters of what's good for you.
