When Terri's Law is struck down by the FL Democrat Supreme Court, the potential change in guardianship will again be moot, and George W. Greer can again set a date for withdrawal of the feeding tube. These judicial liberals are just waiting to play out the clock; it's all rigged! No one ever really knew how committed the FL leadership class is to euthanasia until Terri's case alerted us.
It sounds like "prolife" Charles Crist is also supportive of euthanasia, for he is doing nothing thus far to help Terri.

I'm not saying you're wrong and I know your heart's in the right place, but it has struck me on these threads that you are the eternal pessimist. Most of us can see how bad it looks, but we have to remember that it is a spiritual battle and we are on the right side of it, so no matter what the outcome, we have to believe that God is in control and that what Satan has meant for evil, God means for good. God uses the things that are weak in this world to confound the strong. We have to keep faith.
"You {need} not fight in this {battle;} station yourselves, stand and see the salvation of the LORD on your behalf... Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out to face them, for the LORD is with you." (2 Chron. 20:17)

Theodore, before anything happens, even if Terri's Law is struck down, the guardianship issue must be resolved. Greer cannot dismiss it as moot, because he already said the Schindlers could proceed.
