On his living room shelf sits a book for hospice training, Dying Well You know, I'd rather wait until I get sick to die, if I had my druthers. No need to hurry it, thank you very much.

Would you happen to have Judge Baird and Judge Greer's email addresses on hand? " Look up in the opening paragraph of this thread.

Have downloaded and am reading the 'Friend of the Court'
brief submmited on behalf of the Florida legislature. It makes a great case for the Constitutionality of 'Terri's Law'. I'm no lawyer, but urge everyone to give it a read (if you haven't already)--it's a little long (25 pages)--but it lifted my spirits

How could Mikey (assuming it was Mikey) bust her femur? Kick her down the staircase at the bottom of which he "found" her?

At risk of fames....
Read the police report.... no visible injuries. No evidence of any crime committed at the scene.
Read the hospital summary.... no report of any visible injuries. Right knee was x-rayed during hospital stay due to fusion (unable to flex) bone normal, no fractures.
"An FDLE report released this week said that agents could not find sufficient evidence of a crime and said there was a lack of physical evidence. The agents said they could not justify a case against Michael Schiavo."

...or perhaps faked That has occurred to me. Also, today, it dawned on MY pea-brain, x-rays are negatives.

Beside, no matter how wrong or perverted one judges decision may be, they're going to stick together.
In FL, this is true, but NOT in AL, as former Justice Moore can attest.

See #377. If enough letters are sent, it can make a difference.

Just another reminder that there appears to be a two day lag between actual Terri news and when it is reported by the local media. Please keep that in mind. If I hear something credible at the Vigil and report it, the media is two days behind floriduh voter and I don't even have press credentials. lol
Now, if all the satellite trucks return to Hospice, news will be in real time again.
