Posner may say something like this, but not in the sense of a wide-ranging conspiracy. There were some actions, like Hosty throwing away Oswald's note, that were improper.

I don't know if he went so far as to say that the concpiracy Posner alleges to have happened also covered up Oswald's "spook" connections.

Posner doesn't believe Oswald had spook connections. He is correct.
