the last few FF I've heard interviewed sound very defiant and very buoyant. They're sick of losing homes. They're "here and not going anywhere"

Bad news on the weather forecast on KOGO.
Winds are predicted to kick up in the evening in east San Diego county area.
They still trying to save historic Julian.
2 c130's are supposed to go to that area now.
