Bad news on the weather forecast on KOGO.
Winds are predicted to kick up in the evening in east San Diego county area.
They still trying to save historic Julian.
2 c130's are supposed to go to that area now.

Fire now breaching line... impinging on homes.
Police telling reporter he will have to leave soon.
