I noted that Felos didn't state the true provisions of 'Terri's Law' and unfortunately, unprepared LK didn't read a copy of it.

Felos kept saying that the Gov. & FL legislature were 'intruding on the right to make one's own medical decisions.....a complete lie.

The law says that the Gov.has 15 days to intercede and stay a court decision to remove a feeding tube IF the person did not leave written instructions AND IF there is a dispute within the family about removal of the feeding tube.

Felos doesn't want any interference or restrictions on the judiciary's power to pronounce 'death sentences' on people like Terri!

Julie if that is so, why did it take a week before the feeding recommenced? Don't misunderstand -- I'm thrilled Jeb interceded but fault those who should have looked into this when they first got a heads up.

Did you notice the tap dance straight to the religious right? Both MS and Felos had rehearsed NOT MENTIONING FREE REPUBLIC! Then it becomes something else altogether because people at Fr fight about religion all the time.

Michael Schiavo has an AMERICAN PROBLEM, not a religious right problem but they are outraged and helping too.
