Well, he had tried other things first, like denying her antibiotics for infections, denying any kind of therapy and apparently even some basic hygiene. There are sworn affadavits from nurses who cared for that he sometimes asked, "is the b*tch dead yet," and one account I read of a statement by a nurse was that once he had actually shot her up with insulin. Now if THAT is true and there is a sworn statement to that effect, I don't know how that alone wouldn't be grounds for charging him with attempted murder. It seems there are an awful lot of facts in this case that have escaped notice, until now anyway.

It seems there are an awful lot of facts in this case that have escaped notice, until now anyway. Just joining you tonight. Have been E-Mailing again - one to Justice David Demes, the judge who is supposed to appoint the guardian. I mentioned in the letter that this case is much bigger than O.J. Simpson trial.
Also wrote Attorney General Crist. Told him we all(thousands of us around the world) DEMAND he arrest Michael Schiavo for attempted murder, abuse, perjury at the malpractice trial and for breaking the law that the governor just signed. It hasn't been declared null and void yet. Also suggested a restraining order for Michael, his family and his girlfriend.
Mentioned that around here (Calif) people are talking about a complete and total boycott of Florida and it's products. Also, have heard from friends in other parts of the country that they have changed their minds about retiring to Florida. It's just not safe there!
