This has probably been asked, but: If Terri had died, would her husband have been able to keep the money that was for rehab? I've never been clear on that.

Of course, now that the trust fund has been looted, the issue isn't collecting money, but staying out of jail. If Michael inherits the trust fund free and clear, how the money was spent previously becomes a moot issue. But if a new guardian or guardian ad litem is appointed who wants an audit...

It can't be about the money. Otherwise he wouldn't have spent so much of it trying to kill her. He could've just gone of and enjoyed himself. The compamy that paid the money no longer exists.
He wants her dead and I think he would spend every dime to accomplish that.
Every thing he does glares with unbridled hatred for Terri and her family.
His mission in life is to cause them as much pain, suffering, and indignity as he can.

I am not a lawyer, but I would think that the Trust would then become her part of her Estate and depending on the laws of Fl .. her husband would recieve whatever is in the Estate if there is no Will
