i went to amazon.com to look up george felos and what do you know??? he wrote a book called [and yes its the real title] LITIGATION AS A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

I wonder if there's any way an investigation could be done of previous deaths in which Greer/Felos have played a role. In particular, if they've been involved in any contested right-to-die cases with money involved. I can imagine they could have had a good racket.

Felos was involved with Estelle Browning's case. It was pretty high profile at the time. I don't remember exactly how long ago, but I think around the same time (year) that Terri collapsed. It was a huge win for Felos, and it put this whole right-to-die movement on a fast track. In fact, I think it was the landmark case where they changed the statutes regarding "right-to-die" cases. IIRC, Mrs. Browning didn't have a living will at the time of her devastating "illness", and it was a favorite cousin of hers that insisted that Browning didn't want to be hooked up to tubes and such. The woman died from natural causes before the litigation was complete, but that didn't stop Felos from gaining fame.
