You can bet your sweet bippy that when she has a new guardiann, he will file for divorce. Part of divorce in most states is restoring the woman's name if she wishes. I think that may be why everyone has referred to her a s Schindler-Schiavo. She has never been a Schiavo. They never gave a damn about her.

I'm not a person who likes the thought of divorce, but in this case, I think Michael has it coming to him. Not only would he not be her next-of-kin anymore, he wouldn't be the beneficiary on that trust fund anymore (I think), but perhaps best of all, Michael may just have to pay Terri alimony. Wouldn't that be a hoot? Him having to provide for her, even though he wouldn't be able to call the shots on her anymore. I know vengeance is the Lord's, but that would be sweet!

Fay, I just got on tonight...was following on the news, almost crashed the car when I heard they finally got her hydrated. Of course, people were laughing and smiling at me, because I was screaming at the top of my lungs with an open window, driving down powell street in San Fran, "YES! FU*#ING YES!! OH< YEAH< BABY!!!"

But he won't get the LIFE INSURANCE money if or when she dies if he has divorced her.

He probably won't get ANY MORE of the REHABILITATION TRUST FUND either post-divorce since there is no way to predict how much of that will needed for rehab & long-term care.
