several Democrats argued that the Constitution doesn't allow the Legislature to give governors the power to overrule the courts. If the judges cannot be overruled some means, then they have complete control over whatever, wherever and whenever they choose.
That isn't called "republican democracy". That's called a "dictatorship"!

Which is why they are fighting so hard now to deny Judges from a vote in DC

CBB what is your take on the constitutionality of the Terri law? Seems to me that if there is anything in the FL constitution about protecting the life and/or rights of citizens this should be okay... right? I know you're a Fedguv guy but give us your best read.
