Terri had a state appointed GAL. Greer removed that person (Mr. Pease, I think) when he reported to the court (as per his responsibility) that Michael was refusing Terri the therapy she was entitled to using the trust fund set up for that purpose. Greer then appoint Michael as her guardian and he has been making her franchise decisions ever since, with Greer's full complicity and failure to hold MS to the minimal standards of guardianship as MS had continued to defraud Terri for the past seven years.

I thought the parents signed off early on because they were told that it would make it easier to get settlement money. If what you say is true that makes thi seven worse. ANy link to that?
