NMGA, If I could be the one to give her water, I would certainly do so with all of the love in my heart and with the praises of God on my own lips. I pray that this is going to the Governor as we sit here and type.

It's more than apparent that the Bill will pass, sometime today.
Jeb should be on his way to that hospice RIGHT NOW with a convoy of State Troopers, prepared to deliver life-saving water to that poor woman who's dying by the minute!
There's NO EXCUSE for any more delay for "procedural matters". He can go back later and sign the Bill!
