While you're here, please take a moment to look at the petition to cesure Senator Kennedy:

I probably would, if I knew what in the hell cesure meant.

"Wonder if Stenbrenner is going to have a wholesale firesale after this game if the Yankees lose?"

MY PREDICTION:

Torre and the entire coaching staff will be gone; Jason Giambi will be shipped to lumber-challenged Dodgers; Boone will be shipped where he belongs -- to Double AA Trenton Thunder. The bullpen will be gutted. It WILL be bloody.

What amazes me is how outsiders are quick to judge. As if one's "profession" had anything to do with it. :-)

"When dealing with Prodigal Son, best to come out and say what it is I want to say instead of playing graba$$ with him all night."

Wasn't my intent. He seems to be a righteous dude.

I hate when they do that (but I love it when the Yankees do it. Does that make me a bad person?)

Nah, it makes you a smart person. ;-)

As a NH resident and Sox fan it seems like all the favorable stars are aligning. Arnie kicks booty in CA, W wins the UN showdown and, god willing, the Sox will take this lead to the World Series. Did Nostradamus predict this?

By the way, to any NY Yankees fans - if the Yanks lose tonight, be comforted by the fact that us Sox fans have had to deal with these emotions for 85 years.

One other thing - I've never held a grudge against Roger Clemons. He is unquestionably one of the best ever. Sure, he sometimes played the baseball equivalent of John McEnroe but thats always kept it interesting.

To Roger, win or lose, you will always be the Rocker!
