Carolyn Eberly is an unlikely warrior. A former chemist from Waxhaw, N.C., she works at the local library, plays volleyball and wears her blond hair pulled back in a big clip. Her husband has always followed politics, but Eberly used to steer away from it in polite conversation. She voted, but not much else.
Then came President Donald Trumps election. I felt sick to my stomach, says Eberly, 51. She found herself at the Womens March in Charlotte, then at rallies for immigrants, then staying up all night reading news articles posted in Facebook groups. She began to feel uncomfortable around her neighbors who voted for Trump and around her volleyball friends who didnt seem to care about politics. The day after the Womens March, she saw on Facebook that a woman who lived an hour away was hosting a letter-writing party to pressure local elected officials. Eberly couldnt make it over, so the woman suggested she host her own event.
Eberly typed up an invitation. Just before she posted it on Facebook, she paused. You ever have a premonition? she says, sipping a smoothie at a Panera Bread near her home. Where you think, This could change my life?
Twelve people responded to Eberlys post. Three showed up. And Indivisible N.C. District 9 was born. Since then, more than 1,000 people have joined either its Facebook group or its email list. In February 2018, long before there was a Democratic nominee in their House district, Eberly and her team began knocking on doors to build rapport with their neighbors and hear about their political priorities, a process called deep canvassing.(continued)

Can’t believe all the BS that Time, Newsweek and the rest of the dying media throws out there to disparage Trump. So they can find 5 or 10 or 100 people that feel this way. Big Deal. They can find millions that like what President Trump is doing to fight back against their Fake News chatter.
Um yeah, good luck with that. Outrage doesn’t win elections. What are they running against, the gulf war (2016)? Nixon (1974)? We’ll see when they count the votes. I’m showing up bright and early tomorrow morning when early voting starts here in Nevada, to vote for my beloved RINO Dean Heller.
The photos show the sour entitled, who know only what they are told to think. They oppose Trump’s policies, but can anyone of them even explain what those policies are, and what effect they are having? No.
All you can expect is this kind of political machination: all process and no substance. These people believe in what they believe in, hate and ignorance. I don’t expect very much from them but Soros puppetry.
” She began to feel uncomfortable around her neighbors who voted for Trump and around her volleyball friends who didnt seem to care about politics.”
Describes onset of a mental illness.
Looked at the Pics. What a bunch of unhappy malcontent Communists. There is a whole bunch of ugly there, in and out.
I tried to read the drivel, but I can’t figure out what they are complaining about.
It would be great to have a book to help liberals with Trump Derangement Syndrome - like the book “Breaking Free” by Rachel Jeffs helps people break the mindset from FLDS cult.
They live in a state with a lot of good jobs, relatively inexpensive home prices, mild weather, nice people, good schools and lower taxes. So of course they’re mad.
Ill-Annoy is being set to be the epicenter of the Anti-Trump Resistance Movement. Both Senators, many Representatives, and the soon-to-be Governor JB “Candy Man” Prickster will rally around the heavily-tax-subsidized Soetoro Lie-Barry in Rahmabad.
The problem with the February date is that its been said regarding American politics that one week is an eternity.
So to Pres. Trumps credit, given renegotiated trade deals, record-breaking new jobs, the thriving economy, North Korea, and Justice Kavanaugh as examples, what is Ms Eberly and her team doing now?
I’ve watched every Trump rally and the crowds keep getting bigger. That’s reality not Fake News BS.
In that sense, from the article:
Then came President Donald Trumps election. I felt sick to my stomach,
Most likely only because the female candidate lost the election.
What she thought she knew about candidate Trump probably consisted in very large part to what she heard from the MSM, RINO's and the entertainment industry (i.e., the "cool" set).
She certainly was not in the group of voters who determined our country was in dire need of change and rehabilitation.
A whole thousand people? Hell, I have a little sister with a bigger fb following
She needs to go home and make hubby a sammicg ...
... and that is a BIG sammich!
She found herself at the Womens March in Charlotte, then at rallies for immigrants...
Typical brain dead liberal. She just finds herself hating conservatives and Trump.
