I was riding the local Greenway yesterday and saw a young man, probably in his 20’s, jogging while wearing a Trump shirt. I’m in Trump country but the media is wrong about young people not liking Trump.

I know someone who considers herself a trans boy who along with her non trans friends are all between 19 and 30. They all work, some go to school too, and their greatest source of jeering is SJW.

There is a backlash mounting among the younger generations. This he/she supports trump.

If only they had put that much investigative work into ANYTHING Democrats have done

We don’t know they didn’t do the work, all we know is they didn’t report on it.

You are right. My 18 year old son was not interested in Trump at all. He leans Liberterian. But he is on the Trump Train now. He is way pissed at CNN. If I knew how to post pics here, I’d share a Godfather themed CNN meme he sent to me of Pepe, Mediaite, 4Chan, etc. ambushing CNN/Sonny at the toll booth. Very funny stuff.

I am in a Midwestern generally rural area, so that certainly skews my observations. I interact with a lot of 16-22 year olds generally male. There is almost no support of establishment Democrats. The kids are Trump supporters, conservatives (the two previous may or may not cross), Bernie-left supporters, Libertarians or apolitical.

Absolutely correct. My son is a millennial ("Don't call me that, mom. Those people suck.") due to his birth year. That is the only factor identifying him as part of the safe-space generation. He's done a tour in Afghanistan and is now working at a stable, well-paying, not-a-barista job.

We forget that many of our kids are normal. They were raised by conservative parents and taught to identify Logical Fallacies. They work, they save, and they dislike being lumped in with the failures raised by liberals. We need a new term to distinguish conservatives born after 1981. Calling them "millennial" insults them.

The Facebook comments were important. We think FB is important because old people. Young people have a FB page that they set up when they were in 7th grade and haven’t used it since high school. Reddit is a bigger deal now...and their are other platforms they use they haven’t told us old people about yet!

My daughter is 43 and my granddaughter is 21. Both are Trump supporters. My granddaughter gets mad when she thinks he is ‘fat shaming’ because she’s a little heavy, but she said he is so much better than the Democrats that voting for him was a no-brainer and fat shaming was a trivial matter when deciding who is better for the government and the American people. She completed two years at our local community, very conservative, college and just started two more years in Knoxville to be a physical therapist. I hope her values carry her through the next two years.

I didn’t hear any fat shaming comments from Trump but it wouldn’t have mattered to me because I am against this PC culture we have now. That’s one of the many reasons I like Trump.

I would say that Gamergate turned a generation of millenials into Trump supporters. Most people aren't even aware of this, but teen gamers noticed and it was a big deal. My son turned 18 just in time to vote for Trump.

Now, my daughter, (15) is following the CNN debacle on the internet. At first she was attracted to the funny memes, she didn't care about the politics. But now, it is having the same effect on her as Gamergate on my son. The old tv watching, newspaper reading generations are lost, but the next gens are turning right. MAGA

+1

Not only do they not use Facebook, they get aggravated when old people post pictures of them on Facebook, in my experience.

Excellent summary of the back stabbing NR!

NR is digging out of their CIA-Buckley cave and noticing the sun is shining in a big world outside.

Unfortunately the monsters are still lurking in the cave, so no-one should have any illusions about NR.

They do not have our back.
