Yes weening those off the dole, and supercharging the economy so real jobs are created is gonna be a task. Ditto that getting rid of every $ of waste all the little piggy's will squeal. You are correct, my guess is HHS has become the pass through admin for all this largess, and you know how many are on food stamps and or some form of aid, not to mention a real number of almost 100 million who want a job or a better one...

The solution is very simple.
Have all the Welfare and disability recipients re submit their claims for re evaluation and review.
New Hampshire did this and over 70% of the SNAP recipients declined to re apply.
That shows the levels of fraud and abuse in the system
