You can't say same sex sexual activity is hazardous to the health of the partners. That would be expressing "bigotry" you see.

I just cannot get rid of the feeling that this issue will divide religions and countries very shortly.

Does anyone have the link to the article (last week?) about the person sentenced to 2 years in jail for "pseudo-hate" speech??

This is insane. I hope the Irish bishops fight back right now, before the ball gets rolling.

Is this one of the foreign bodies that Ruth Bader-Meinhoff Ginsberg wants to KA to? Coming soon to a theater near us.
Now is the time for ALL people of faith to stand up to the evil of which the homosexual agenda is a front and a symbol. Please, anyone who has not visited Scott Lively's websites, check them out. I just read his small booklet "Reprobate Theology" and anyone who is concerned about moral decay and especially how it relates to Christian churches should read it.

I specifically mention all people of faith, because the world's great monotheist religions are unanimous in condemning same-sex acts as being extrememly sinful, and in many ways very destructive of individuals, and if indulged in or promoted, destructive of society as a whole. The above article is evidence of the link between the homo-agenda and totalitarianism.
Thought police. The homosexualists (homosexuals and their creatures in the media and gov't) want the Thought Police here as well. They are here - we're just not being put in jail - yet. I have two pesonal friends whose fearless defense of the natural family as ordained by Nature and Nature's God, has caused them personal attacks, up to and including - stalking, phone and personal attacks and threats, tire and window destruction, business closing, etc.
People who think it's a non-issue are hiding their heads in the sand, or lying, and they will soon have to deal with it. It is a tsunami coming our way. It is vitally important that people who have not made up their minds about the homosexual issue inform themselves, and be on the side of right.

Hatred is against the law - except when it comes to hating the haters, apparently.
What a screwy world view some have when they abandon reason or circumspection. They need to reread their Robert Burns:
"Oh, wad some power the giftie gie us
To see oursel's as ithers see us!
It wad frae monie a blunder free us,
And foolish notion."

"Those who would move from tolerance to the legitimisation of specific rights for cohabiting homosexual persons need to be reminded that the approval or legalisation of evil is something far different from the toleration of evil," it states.
Calling sinky re: your support of "right to sodomy" Supreme Court decision.

" ... but if you were to use the document to say that gays are evil, it is likely to give rise to hatred, which is against the Act, ..."
Evil? No. Doers of evil? Yes. Hatred would be to tell them to go do whatsoever they want to. The Act is hatred itself.

I'm not Catholic however I also believe homosexuality is evil since it's stated so in the Bible. So arrest me too.

Clergy and bishops who distribute the Vatican's latest publication describing homosexual activity as "evil" could face prosecution under incitement to hatred legislation. The poor, picked-upon gay activists are getting bashed again by homophobic FReepers again. Better get over here pronto and defend them.
This makes what--16 anti-gay threads?

Clergy and bishops who distribute the Vatican's latest publication describing homosexual activity as "evil" could face prosecution under incitement to hatred legislation. The battle has been enjoined worldwide. The other side will give no quarter. Either the p.c.-leftist-homosexual axis will triumph in our culture, or the God-fearing will. Ultimately, I know who will win (I've read the back of the Book) but for this generation I am concerned.

Perhaps the jailing of the priests would wake the laity up to the evil of the politicians!

could be in violation of the 1989 Incitement to Hatred Act. They should just change its name to a more truthful title:
