Not in comparison to Simon. That's the thing-- Davis has to be beaten by an opponent. This isn't a no confidence vote they are having in November. Having voters not like Davis isn't enough to elect Simon.

I totally agree, and Simon is doing what he needs to do over the summer in order to go full-force after Labor Day and give the voters (who will be paying attention then) someone to vote FOR.
