I agree. Why bother spending tons of cash on trying to figure out the next terror attack. We will know as soon as it happens and the monetary cost wasn't all that bad this time.

A new cabinet position along with the attendant bureaucracy has just been announced, my guess is that tens of thousands will staff the new department.
