Bush Appoints Four More Homosexual Activists

President Bush has appointed four more Republican homosexual activists to posts in his administration, a homosexual newspaper reports.

The four men are all active with the Republican “gay” activist group Log Cabin Republicans, according to the Washington Blade. They are, according to the Blade:

Asian affairs expert Mark Groombridge as a State Department special assistant to John Bolton, Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security. Groombridge — a member of Log Cabin Republicans of D.C., and the homosexual libertarian group Gays & Lesbians for Individual Liberties — is a China specialist whose doctoral dissertation “examined the restructuring of China’s state-owned enterprises,” the Blade reported; Stephen Fong, former president of Log Cabin Republicans of San Francisco, to a post with the Federal Transit Administration, an arm of the Department of Transportation; Tod Burnett and Jim Wiggins to positions at the Environmental Protection Agency. Burnett is a former advisor to liberal Republican and former Los Angeles mayor Richard Riordan. The Blade reports that the White House did not mention the homosexuality of the latest four in officially announcing their appointments by the president.

White House press secretary Ari Fleischer has said that a person’s “sexual orientation” is irrelevant as long as he has the job qualifications for a position. But pro-family critics contend that the administration is pandering to homosexual activist Republicans and thus helping to “mainstream” homosexuality. Ironically, the Log Cabin Republicans strongly supported John McCain, and not Bush, during the GOP presidential primary, and even ran campaign ads against Bush.

Bush senior advisor Karl Rove is engaged in a political tightrope act — reaching out simultaneously to GOP homosexual activists and to the party’s conservative, pro-family grassroots, who oppose homosexuality as sinful.

Rove’s high-wire act may be getting more perilous. The Blade reports that homosexual columnist Hastings Wyman (who first reported the four “gay” appointments), citing Republican sources, says that “at least 15 more gay appointees are either in the Bush administration pipeline or are ‘slowly working their way out of the closet.’”

I believe all government offices are smoke-free now. There is also no danger in children being taught that smoking is okay, unlike the gay agenda seeks to do and IS NOW DOING. Smokers are not proselytizing their habit to school children. That IS MY BIGGEST GRIPE!

So what?  Anyone who smokes at home is still harming themselves.

There is also no danger in children being taught that smoking is okay,

You worry more about the chill'ren than Hillary does.

The hell you say.  See the post regarding role models.

Rove is a contemptible weasel. These appointments are an open and loud accomodation of the homosexual perversion within the Republican Party. These men are known gay-lesbian activists and for that reason alone should never have been appointed. It isn't as if there weren't other qualifed persons who could fill these jobs.

Conservatives should pressure Bush to flush the Rove-pro-gay agenda like the double-minded amoral sewage it is.

Bush trying to out do the Clinton's trying to make Queers appear normal. And a lot of you Call Bush Moral

Thats only true if Bush made a big rose garden appointment ceremony exclaiming the virtues of gayness. Since he didnt, I assume you have spun yourself into an overreaction.

Frankly, if those of you who disagree with having gays in the administration would quit pointing them out, most people wouldnt know they were there. So much for Bush trying to make Queers appear normal.

If the sickos wish to run for office in their own right on a platform of sexual perversions, let them. It's a free country. But gay-lesbian activists should not be appointed to jobs in a Republican administration. Period.

That's what the Democrat Party exists for.

So you believe teaching kids gay is okay is just fine? Obviously so does Bush. It is not fine with me and it is not fine with a majority of parents. If you want to talk about freedom lets talk about my right to raise my child with a strong Christian value system that the public school system, the STATE, does not undermine! There is no such thing as freedom anymore. At least not the freedom to live morally because the immoral wishes of others are IN YOUR FACE and their rights apparently trump all others!

Since you brought religion up....are you gonna tell them like Jesus did "go and sin no more"?

I'm not Jesus. He's welcome to tell them that if He wishes to.

Their is no way I believe you would approve of an appointment of a known and ongoing adulterer who would bring the "other woman" to government events. Your statements say that you think it is moral behavior.

Are the gay people acting gay at work?

Did the fact that Rudy Guliani was living in adultery affect his handling of 9/11?

I care about what people do at work. If somebody's adultery or their gay activities get in the way of work, then deal with that.

I trust you're not an executive, peeping into people's private lives to determine whether or not they're "moral" in your eyes.

Oooh, look out, you're being accused of attacking someone! Talk about hypocrites. They say the vilest things about people they don't know from a hole in the ground, but when you point out their bigotry, you are attacking them, by God!

I am not peeping into anyone's life. I'd just LOVE for them to keep it to themselves. Yesterday was an example of the push on school children. I was watching the news and a local high school got plenty of on-air time to push the gay agenda. ZIPPO balance - no other side of the issue. IT IS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE OKAY WITH ME TO NORMALIZE HOMOSEXUALITY AND PUSH IT ON SCHOOL CHILDREN! That has absolutely nothing with peeping into private lives no matter how much you'd like to ease your conscience by blaming me.

You're being ridiculous! Do your children jknow the sexual preference of everyone who works for the federal governemnt? Apparently the fact there are gay people working for the government allows you to take the leap that Bush is 'teaching' your precious children to be gay. That's pretty far out there, RAT.

If they advertise their sexuality then let them get a job in the private sector. Bush is wrong on this one and he is aiding the normalization of a very abnormal and harmful behavior

So these four candidates wear signs saying they are gay? Or do they wear gay clothes to the office? Or do they have sex in the office? Do they hit on their male counterparts? How does anyone know these guys are gay unless you tell us.

What if someone else in the future wanted to ban "holy rollers" from the government because they tended to be hate mongers? Seems you're in risky territory making this kind of claim given you're not in the mainstream.

These appointments are an open and loud accomodation of the homosexual perversion within the Republican Party.

Eight years ago many Log Cabin GOP members were happy that President Clinton appointed so many gays. However, now President Bush is appointing more gays than Clinton ever though of appointing. We are proud of our President for his support of Gays and our Agenda.

I just wish he would stick with his principles on illegal aliens, CFR, steel taxes and his proposal to give Food Stamps to non-citizens.

Excuse me? Who's pointing them out? These perverts pointed themselves out by proudly labeling themselves Log Cabin Republicans. Then this queer-and-proud-of-it magazine "Blade" further pointed them out by crowing about their appointments by the Bush administration.

The lust that once dared not speak its name now spends every waking monent screaming its name through a bullhorn from the rooftops--and you accuse US of drawing attention to it?

Right. Gotcha.

If Queerdom would keep its activities confined to the bedroom you might have a point. But "Gay Pride" parades, Day(s) of Silence, Queer As Folk and Queer Duck just prove that, as Robert Bork wrote, we're Slouching Towards Gomorrah.

I doubt these four gueers are going to wear leather and chains, hit on their male counterparts, or do anything else to embarras their President or Country. Sex should stay in the bedroom.
