1. The person must be of good moral character.
So I guess entering the U.S. illegally, using fake documentation to get a job, and sponging off of American taxpayers constitutes good moral character.
2. The person has not been convicted of a criminal offense.
But it's OK to have committed a criminal offense or two, as long as you haven't actually been convicted of it.
3. Be continuously present in the United States for a period beginning when the bill is signed into law.
So, in other words, if an illegal alien snuck across the border one minute before this bill is signed, he would be covered by it.
So, if you regulate illegal immigration by granting a general amnesty, it becomes regulated legal immigration.
If you regulate bank robbery by granting a general amnesty to bank robbers, does it become regulated legal
bank robbery? A rose by any other name.....
I believe that the views expressed in the declaration reflect the views of the vast majority of the illegals in the US.
I believe that the view expressed in this post reflect the view of the vast majority of legal citizens in the US.
GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM!!
I think it's a fair bet that King Jorge knows that promoting 245i would only encourage Latino special interest groups to up their amnesty and welfare demands. This leads me to believe that Jorge Bush is probably in favor of most of their radical agenda anyway. His past statements on the need to allow the free flow of trade and migration between the U.S. and Mexico, borders be damned, certainly suggests this.
Make Americans the new sponsors, unwilling sponsors I might add, of taking care of these people who will not fix their own country. All the Mexican people know is to come into a new country, rob and pillage it, take the spoils home, and waste it. There are good people who have come here from Mexico, who built lives for themselves and did the right thing by becoming Americans. That was a long time ago, because when you look at the people who are coming over our borders with the help of THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT, The people you see now are the dregs.
These people that are coming into our country now are part of the great Mexican agenda to rob America of it's wealth, and destabilize the government we pay for. I say we roll tanks into Mexico and liberate it from the totalitarian regime that apparently has done NOTHING for it's people but keep them in poverty. Mexico is the equivalent of AIDS. Little by little it robs you of your immune system, then kills you by creating more diseases in your body killing the host. Anyone who comes here from that country illegally should be shot on sight. They are working for the destruction of this country, and to me that is war.
Illegal immigration has lowered the American family's income by an average $8,000 per year. It's going to go lower still.
No wonder they wanted our guns.
Not that I disagree but where did you get this number from?
Let's hope we get a real leader sooner than that. 40 years from now will be too late. Demographics are against us. Every day the struggle is delayed the harder it will be to win...
Why do I say that? Well, what will happen when all the children of the 90's grow up - and they will be the majority. Will they say, let's be nice to the poor, pitiful Americans, or will they say - you gotta leave, gringo, or do what we tell you.
I dunno. Ask a demographer. But personally, I think when these kids start hitting their 30's, the Pero Poop is going to hit the fan. And that's only about 20 - 25 years out.
IMO, there are grounds for the impeachment of George Bush for the sum total of the following:
1.) His purposeful neglect in protecting our borders since 9/11.
2.) His refusal to halt immigration from terrorists nations since 9/11.
3.) His encouragement of more illegal immigration by promoting Amnesty and Immigrant Welfare.
4.) His open support of businesses that hire illegal aliens.
5.) His refusal to instruct federal agencies to enforce our federal immigration laws.
In sum, he should be impeached for his dereliction of duty to protect and defend the American people from all enemies foreign and domestic and demonstrating a "willful neglect" in enforcing the laws of the land in regards to illegal aliens.
Unless Congress can shut down Jorge Bush, in three years America could be well on its way to being the worlds biggest Banana Republic.
Sad but true. We have in office the first Mexican President of the U.S.
