So the Devil made her do it.

If the Devil made her do it, then why is she being held responsible for her crime? Obviously, she was under the influence of supernatural forces, over which she had no control, so she shouldn't be held responsible.

Why is it then that not all sufferers of Post-Partum Depression, do not kill their kids? What sets her apart?

I personally think that there was more to it than post-partum depression, and it ain't Satan; we'll see as the trial moves along. She also did not take her medication, which had something to do with it.
