!. Danielle may have left her room willingly with someone she knew or even by her own power.It souldn't be the first time a child played in a neighbors unlocked camper.
2. She may have died in her room and been carried to the camper by someone other than the owner. (He may have found her during his "vacation".)

To prove beyond a reasonable doubt may be very difficult. The family's lifestyle WILL be brought into his defense. So will the people who have been guests in the VD home. The family and their friends, even if innocent, should be propared to face deep investigation of their personal life.
