I agree. But VERY interestingly, the famous reward poster photo was her passport photo, taken THAT VERY DAY, prior to a family trip to Italy for reasons unexplained.

You know, maybe chokers are something the little girls wore in her class, girls are like that. They'll imitate the cutest girl and many will wear chokers or other fashion accessories to bond with each other.
Here's some fashion advice: If you want the men in your life to think that you're a hooker, a nympho, an S&M slave, or some other kind of a weirdo, then wear a choker around your neck.
If I were a father and I saw my daughter wearing one, I'd go ballistic.

This not only protects the child it protects the adult as well. BSA policy is that you are not to be alone with a scout. You must have two deep leadership to run meeting or have an event.
Many churches will not let Sunday school workers start accepting children until there are 2 leaders in the classroom. I for one never left my children until there was more than one leader in the class.
This policy is just good common sense. Just like in bookkeeping proceedures. One person accepts the money, another processess the money into the system. I wonder how many parents out there in the world could tell how much they have in their CD or savings accounts, but can't tell you where their kids are at the moment.

You have a sick, vile, deseased mind. This was a child. There must not be a shred of humanity in you to say such an ugly thing. I hope you never have children, for they would grow up without love. I dare you to show me in the Bible any passage that gives you the right to condemn a child like you have here over her necklace. You are the kind of person who thinks God is hateful, and use that as an excuse to be hateful. You probably appear normal enough on the outside, but you are ugly and have a darkness in your soul. I think it says alot about you that you could look at a seven year old and see her in this way. I hope that there are no children in your life.
I don't want to argue with you over this,but I really don't care about figures or statistics. I just want people to protect their children,and be aware that boys are also in danger.
