But, do you know what ends and means are - if you reread your last post - the neutral observer would say no...having Bush for the sake of Bush doesnt make sense to me...and I take little comfort in knowing that the only reason he MAY veto this, is because of a peripheral amendment. The very idea of this bill is anti-conservative and gop on a partisan basis and anti American/Speech/Constitution on a theoretical basis.
