"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them..."

Bellesiles is just typical of the breed: arrogant, leftist, holier-than-thou swine, who believe that the ends justify the means, i.e., that since socialism is so good and people just don't understand what a paradise awaits them in the brave new world, that its O.K. to simply lie, swindle, fabricate and even re-invent history in order to fool the idiots into voting away everyone's rights. From my cold dead hands, Bellesiles!

I wonder if there is any cause of action that would allow some aspect of the gun culture -- manufacturers, NRA -- to sue him and Emory for defamation or something...

What does he care? He's laughing his way to the bank. His book will be required reading in every high school and college in the nation.

Since this is at least the sixth thread on this, I would like to ask the posters to write a review of the book on one of the online bookstores. Amazon.com is covered with 150+ negative reviews but it still gets 2 stars.
