But the most blunt message response came from North Korea. A spokesman for strongman Kim Jong Il said the nation was ready for war and had been wise to develop "powerful offensive and defensive means".Something tells me that they haven't quite matched the power of our "offensive and defensive" means.........and anymore talk like that may call for a demonstration.

Oh come on..
You don't trust someone because of how their eyes are made?
It's superficial, meaningless.
And the rest of this stuff isn't even within the realm of reality.. "Might torture" "Beady eyes" "Worships satan"
Come on.. Do you blame people for not buying into this?

If you are serious that you fear Satan and Satanism then you weaken your case by making false accusations against a man that everyone, even his enemies (Teddy Kennedy), do not see as an evil man.

I don't care if they buy it or not.

Undaunted by the strength of the reaction in the Middle East to his speech, Mr Bush reiterated his accusations against the three countries and warned that Washington was ready to act. He said all three nations were developing weapons of mass destruction. "They need to know our intention is to hold them accountable and the rest of the world needs to be with us, because these weapons can be pointed at them as easily as at us," he said. Iran, which Washington describes as the main state sponsor of terror ism, called Mr Bush -thirsty for human blood", while the Iraqi regime of Sad Hussein branded him "stupid, arrogant and irresponsible". Hmmmmm.......Saddam Hussein calls him 'stupid, arrogant, and irresponsible'. Iran calls him 'thirsty for human blood'. Am I the only one laughing?
They need to know our intention is to hold them accountable and the rest of the world needs to be with us, because these weapons can be pointed at them as easily as at us
........and if they aren't with us we should simply ignore them......if they want to leave their umbrellas at home during a rainstorm, they can do as they wish.

To: AMMON-CENTRIST
I think you should change your screen name to .... one sick puppy
To: elfman2
Bears repeating:
Bush: "thirsty for human blood " - Iran
Bush: "stupid, arrogant and irresponsible" - Iraq
Bush: "The man is cracked!" -AMMON-CENTRIST
A man can be judged by the company he keeps. {smile}
AMMON-CENTRIST's posts always have a tinge of red-faced hysteria. I see that a lot among the DemocraticUnderground "Panic Party" crowd.

That's an old argument. There's no evidence the Germans had designs on the territory of the U.S. You've just been well-manipulated by the System. More evidence of that: notice how every time there is a war, they always say that we are fighting another "Hitler" and that if we do nothing, soon there will be foreign armies on our doorstep after every other country falls like a domino. I laugh because the American people buy that line every time, with Iraq, with Serbia, and on and on.If one reads Mein Kampf, it is true that there really isn't much evidence to support the assertion that Hitler intended to eventually conquer America.
The policy of Lebensraum was directed towards eastern Europe and the Soviet Union; Hitler declares over and over again that Germany's destiny was to the east.

More evidence of that: notice how every time there is a war, they always say that we are fighting another "Hitler"Hitler in "quotes", or Hitler et al..........that is a different story altogether.........
To: Darth Falar
If people like you were in charge in 1941 we'd be writing in German.Perhaps German may not be the language; however Hitler is somebody who most certainly would have supported any enemy of the United States.
As a matter of fact, he did.

There's no evidence the Germans had designs on the territory of the U.S.Then why they designing intercontinental range ballistic missiles, meant to have nuclear warheads, and this before the US had even entered WWII. (see the book V-2 by Walter Dornberger, military commander of the Peenemunde rocket design facility, and Werner von Braun's boss).

Today, many European states are like pyramids stood on their heads. Their European area is absurbly small in comparison to the weight of colonies, foreign trade, etc. We may say: summit in Europe, base in the whole world; contrasting with the American Union which possesses its base in its own continent and touches the rest of the earth only with its summit. And from this comes the immense inner strength of this state and the weakness of most European colonial powers.
----Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf
