This is so depressing. Just when I start to think about a peaceful old age, traveling, hunting, fishing & just snuggling with my grandchildren & my dogs. Peace & tranquility are gone in the twinkling of an eye.

Yep, robbed by the Clintons and the RATS! Guess SS and Mediscare are not much good now that we have to live in the shadow of war.

Aw, Ditter, don't think of it that way. Remember: For all the horrible things that happened on 9/11, the attacks only hurt or killed 0.00125% of the population of the United States. The chances of you, or any member of your family, ever being directly or indirectly affected by terrorism, are essentially nil, especially since you're well into the Southwest. Nobody's lives outside of Manhattan or Washington have even really changed any.

Besides, no matter what, the worst case scenario of the War on Terrorism is still a damn sight better than the Mutually Assured Destruction we were all expecting at any moment up until 1991 or so.

Remember the goal of terrorists; kill a few to scare the rest. Refuse to be a victim!

Life goes on my FRiend, including traveling, hunting, fishing & just snuggling with your grandchildren & your dogs. Live your life with extra gusto just to show them we are not afraid and they can’t win. There's more reason than ever to enjoy your life. Enjoy it and help others to enjoy theirs!
