The gov't doesn't have to get real involved in these things. Just set the rates and enforce. Compare this to say, getting a 404 Wetlands permit. Or SEC compliance. Or going thru a DOT audit. Minwage, in particular, is very non-intrusive. How many gov't agents does it take and how much face-to-face? Not much. parsy.

You are taking contradictory posistions which is not uncommon for liberals to do. Its just uncommon that they recognize it.
