I sure hope not. The guy is great. Anybody know?
Such narrow minded thinking gets us the likes of Bill Clinton/Al Gore for eight years. And then those who failed to vote for the Republican because he never stated he was going to get RoevsWade overturned sit back, wrap themselves in their cloaks of righteousness and complain about what the liberals are doing to the country on a plethora of issues till the next election .... when they repeat their performance again.
I am as strongly against abortion and my tax money being spent for abortions as the next conservative, what I figured out a long time ago though is that if a pregnant woman (in her heart and in her mind) wants to have an abortion, she is going to do it, whether its legal or illegal, whether the government pays for it or not. She will do it no matter what. Only God can change whats in a person's heart .... not you or I or any amount of laws or preaching.
So as Christians, what should we do? Continue along the path anti-arbortionist have for years, or perhaps adopt a new strategy and work with those who want to have an abortion on a case by case basis. Talk with them, reason with them, calm their fears so that God can touch their souls and change their hearts.
