A non-pro-life Republican Party is something I will fight to keep from happening.

The idea is not for the candidate to attract the votes of the liberal. The idea is to keep the Republican Pro-Choicers from voting outside of the party. Big difference.

Refer to post #225. 41% of the voting Republicans who are single-issue abortion voters voted for Gore! Those are the 41% we need to be voting GOP in 2002.

Refer to post #239. Republican's are so leery of the abortion issues that only 29% would choose to require a candidate make a declaration against partial birth abortions. Most pro-choicers including myself feel that Partial Birth abortions are wrong. The mainstream Republican are very worried about abortion plank hurting the party.
