The L.A. city council is worthless. Garcetti must be the son of Gil Garcetti. Gil finally got voted out after the O.J. spectacle and after he bragged on TV about how successful his child support program was which wrongfully went after men who were named as fathers of children and were not the real fathers. He said it didn't matter if they were wrongfully named, they didn't respond to a notice in time, so they would have to pay anyway.
