That is a useful and informative article from the WSJ. I think it will be very effective in answering even some on this forum who are so concerned that their "rights" are somehow being infringed upon by this military court issue.
Thanks for posting this, as I have been struggling trying to give a good answer to those who are so upset about this decision by the President.

Since we no longer actually declare war per the Constitution, seems the definition's going to be left unsuitably arbitrary.
